Orders & Returns
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
1. Add the desired product(s) to the cart
2. Click on the cart icon on top of the page and choose "Checkout"
-> If you have any order notes for us please type them in the provided field
3. Enter your customer information - such as shipping and billing address (a registration is not necessarily required)
4. Choose a payment method (for more information and all available payment methods please check our Payment Info)
5. Review your order and complete your purchase
If you want to redeem a gift card or a discount code please enter it in the provided field on the right during your checkout.
Please note that shipping costs will be added only at the checkout page.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER:
1. Please fill out our return form which you can download here
2. Enclose the filled out return form with the item(s) you want to return
3. Make sure to receive a tracking reference number - without this we cannot refund any money or exchange any items if we do not receive your shipment.
4. As soon as your return shipment has received our warehouse we will immediately process your return.
*Please note that the returned item(s) must be in a saleable and new condition within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately we can't offer a return shipment free of charge - unless we have sent you a wrong or damaged item by mistake. In that case we will transfer the shipping costs back to you after we've received your return.
